Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

PermitWinner is operated by Cipherion Inc. (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of permitwinner.com, the lead emails, the subscriber dashboard, and any PermitWinner data you receive. By subscribing or using the site you agree to them.

1. What PermitWinner is

PermitWinner sends contractors leads: North Texas homes and businesses that may soon need their services, built from publicly available records. Leads are suggestions. We don't guarantee that any homeowner or business needs, wants, or will buy a service.

2. Permitted use: marketing outreach only

You may use PermitWinner data only to market your own lawful products and services. You may not use it:

When you contact anyone, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, CAN-SPAM, Texas telemarketing and door-to-door solicitation rules, and local ordinances. PermitWinner does not provide phone numbers or owner names.

3. Your account

Sign-in requires a password and an authenticator app. Keep both private and tell us right away at support@cipherioninc.com if you think someone else has used your account. One subscription is for one company.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe. Prices, trades, and cities for each plan are shown at checkout. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see or store them. You can cancel any time; cancelling stops future charges. Except where the law requires, payments already made aren't refunded. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Data accuracy and coverage

The public records behind our leads can be late, incomplete, or wrong. The cities we cover, and how often each one updates, can change at any time. We provide the data “as is” and don't warrant that it is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, especially section 2. You can stop using PermitWinner at any time.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll post the new date here and email subscribers about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
